Our terms & conditions are simple really -
We provide handmade / one of a kind crafts upon request. Each piece is unique to the individual. We work with the individual to create their book/shadowbox as closely as possible to their vision.
Special request jewelry orders are handled the same way.
Based on this unique work environment the following terms/conditions apply:
1. Payment is expected at time of order (see Payment Options)
2. No returns or refunds are allowed after 1 week of original order date. (your product is unique to YOU - we can't resell)
3. Orders should be completed & shipped within 3 weeks of order. If additional time is needed you will be notified at the contact number / email you provide.
4. If you cancel your order within 1 week of original order date you will be refunded the full order amount less a 5% material fee.
